A Builder with a Developer’s Perspective

LV Construction is a subsidiary of Six Peak Capital, a Los Angeles–based real estate investment and development firm.

Founded in 2018, LV Construction is a ground-up general contractor serving Southern California. Our team brings decades of experience building across the region—from wood-frame and podium structures to concrete construction.

Because our parent company is an active developer, we understand the nuances of how development partners need to capitalize and build their projects. We know what it takes to raise equity and secure debt, and we structure our approach to strengthen a developer’s position throughout the process—from permitting through groundbreaking and beyond.

Our affordable housing platform operates as LV Affordable Construction LP, with dedicated LIHTC experience and the specialized compliance knowledge that tax credit projects demand.

Partnership, Not Competition

We don't compete against other general contractors for your project. We partner with vetted development teams and build together.

Traditional procurement pits GCs against each other in a competitive bid — often at the expense of transparency and long-term alignment. We take a different approach. LV Construction works exclusively in a partnership format with development partners we know and trust. The competitive bidding happens where it matters most: at the subcontractor level, where our deep trade relationships produce genuinely competitive pricing through open-book transparency.

This model creates the pricing environment developers seek while preserving the alignment that makes projects run smoothly. When a developer and GC share full visibility into how a project is actually bid, priced, and built, the result is a stronger capital stack, cleaner draws, and a project that lenders and equity partners can underwrite with confidence.
